Refund Policy

Important Considerations

Cancellations must be notified to the travel agency in writing to maintain a record and initiate the refund process.

Refund Terms

• Prepaid amounts are non-refundable.
• Flight refunds are subject to the respective airline's policies.
• Cancellation charges apply based on the number of days before travel:
  • More than 30 days before travel: 10% deduction.
  • 15 to 10 days before travel: 30% deduction.
  • 9 to 7 days before travel: No refund.
• Some bookings (e.g., promotional/last-minute deals) are non-refundable.

Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances or Force Majeure events, we will provide options to reschedule or offer alternative arrangements. However, no cash refunds will be provided in such cases.

Processing Time

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-14 working days. The amount will be credited back to the original form of payment used during booking.

No Refund for Unused Services

No refunds will be provided for unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation, sightseeing, or other services due to factors beyond our control, such as bad weather, road closures, riots, landslides, personal issues, accidents, no-shows, or other unforeseen events.

Customized Packages

The package can be altered or changed as per the customer’s requirements, subject to availability.

Check-In/Check-Out

Check-in and check-out times are as per hotel policies. Early check-in is subject to availability.

Meal Timings

Meals must be taken as per the instructed timings of the hotels. The company will not be responsible for any missed meals.

Rescheduling Due to Weather

Sightseeing days may be rescheduled due to weather conditions to ensure the smooth execution of the tour.
