1. Booking Policy

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• A deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed.

2. Payment Terms

• We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and other approved methods.
• Full payment must be made before the travel date as per the specific package terms.
• Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information on cancellations and refunds. Generally:

• Cancellations made well in advance may be eligible for a partial refund.
• Last-minute cancellations are typically non-refundable.
• Refunds are processed within a standard timeframe (e.g., 7-14 working days).

4. Travel Documents

• It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and other necessary travel documents.
• Vishweshvari Travels assists with visa processing but is not responsible for visa rejections by the embassy.

5. Liability

• Vishweshvari Travels acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, and other service providers. We are not liable for delays, accidents, or losses caused by third-party service providers.
• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

6. Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to alter itineraries or accommodation if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events. We will make every effort to provide suitable alternatives.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sonipat, Haryana.
